Convenient location with easy access to the metro and train lines, making it simple to reach the center and the airport. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, including assorted muffins, cold meats, and hot food options. However, some rooms may experience noise from the lift, and the buffet could improve, as better value breakfasts are available at nearby cafes.

I spent 4 nights in a lovely room that was super clean, and I absolutely loved the cozy bar where I enjoyed drinks with friends and the nice breakfast spread. The hotel offered great relaxation options like a peaceful lounge area and a charming little garden to unwind in. While the elevator was a bit cramped, it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
While the stay had its downsides, the helpful staff truly stood out. Cleanliness could improve, especially in the bathroom, but the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection that energized my day. Proximity to the metro made exploring the city easy. Consider requesting a room away from the air conditioning units for a quieter night.

Decided to stay at Vip Inn Berna for a short getaway. The location is quite convenient, easy access to the metro and a few local shops nearby. The staff I encountered were friendly and responsive. I really appreciated the cleanliness in the room and the daily housekeeping made a difference. However, the room decor felt dated, and it could use a refresh. I had issues with the shower not draining properly, which was really disappointing given the cleanliness standard overall. A couple of times, I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax. Breakfast options weren't that appealing. I would have liked more variety. The elevator is also quite small, often left me waiting. If they can address the maintenance issues and improve breakfast, this place has real potential to be great.

Convenient and cozy stay!
I spent 3 nights here and loved the spacious room on the 10th floor with a fab city view. The subway's literally next door, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The bar downstairs is a chill spot to grab a drink too. However, one of the elevators was super slow and kinda sketchy.
